Peggy is no stranger to strangers, making friends before you’ve finished your first laugh. Peggy curates street fairs of almost mythical proportions, with horizon-spanning trestle tables, and her home is town’s unofficial clubhouse. Her door is always open, kettle always on, and glasses never half full.

We add a splash of sparkling water, lowering the alcohol content and making it even more refreshing.

BOTANICALS

Next, we infuse it with our beautiful botanical extracts, painstakingly selected to celebrate the notes in the rosé.

CAN

We use our new carbon-positive canning process to seal this all in and keep it fresh and bubbling. When you open them, it’s almost as if they bloom right before your very nose.

Our rosé wine is made using Pinot Noir grown in our vineyard on the Kent Downs in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For many this is the key Champagne varietal. Unbelievably tricky to grow, it bursts with red fruits.
